  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to every PIN code in India using trusted partners like Delhivery, India Post, and local courier companies.
  • Special Routing Notes: If your PIN code is accessible only via India Speed Post, kindly add a note in your order at checkout so we can dispatch accordingly.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed and packed within 24–48 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Any orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Bulk items or out-of-stock products may require up to 7–10 business days for dispatch via road transport.

Delivery Estimates

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
    • Metro / Large cities: within 3–7 business days
    • Regional & rural addresses: could take up to 7–10 days
  • Delivery to remote locations, hilly regions, or post-disaster areas may take longer due to local restrictions.

  • You’ll receive a WhatsApp/Email message with your shipment tracking details shortly after dispatch.

  • For prepaid orders under ₹1,000, a shipping fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.

đźš§ Delays & Exceptional Cases

  • Undeliverable addresses, unreachable phone numbers, incomplete address details, etc.
  • Notifications from courier partners about unserviceable locations.
  • Events beyond human control such as strikes, natural disasters, or government raids.
  • Order containment due to missed delivery attempts (after 2 failed tries, parcels may return to origin, with refund processed for prepaid).

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled only while the status is “Pending”, and cancellation request must arrive within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once your order status changes to “Processing” or “Dispatched”, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to support@hupup.in with your Order Number.

đź’¸ Refund & Non-Refundable Charges

  • Refunds are processed after chargeback from the payment gateway and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • Altered, inaccurately kept, or undelivered orders may not be eligible for full refunds.
  • In case of non‑receipt due to customer‑side issues, we retain the right to deduct:
    1. Shipping charges based on above table
    2. Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (approximately 5%)
    3. No refund is given for such cases once the parcel has been dispatched.

🛑 Order Accuracy & Cancellations

  • Incorrect address or unreachability can result in RTO (Return to Origin) with no refund of shipping or payment gateway charges.
  • Urgent or same-day orders cannot be accommodated and will be delivered based on standard timelines.
