• This policy applies to all purchases made on hupup.in, including prepaid and Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) orders.

⏩ Timeline for Claims

  • Inspect your parcel within 24 Hours of delivery.
  • Record an unboxing video (showing packaging, product code, and any defects) to be eligible for a claim.
  • Submit your claim via WhatsApp or email (support@hupup.in) within this 24‑hours window—claims after won’t be accepted.

✅ When Returns & Refunds Are Allowed

  1. Damaged or defective item
  2. Manufacturing defect or incomplete product
  3. Wrong item delivered (does not match your order)
  • We will offer:
    • Store credit equal to your order amount (preferred method), redeemable on future Hupup.in orders.
    • Refund to original payment method, only if admin approves due to special circumstances (e.g. customer doesn’t wish to shop again), after verifying your claim.
  • In cases where we cannot ship a confirmed order due to stock unavailability, we’ll issue a refund or store credit immediately—usually within 5–7 working days for online payments.

📦 Returning the Product

  • For valid claims, we will arrange a courier pickup (within your city/region).
  • If pickup isn’t available, you must send the item back to us via a trackable and reliable service within 7 days of claim approval.
  • Please repack the product securely in its original condition.
  • We will reimburse up to ₹50 per kg of return shipping if your courier charges by weight. Use of India Post or equivalents is encouraged.

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance, “mega warehouse”, or final‑sale events are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, even if defective.
  • Opened items without a video, or claims made after 24 hours, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Cases of damage caused by customer misuse or overstretched warranties are not covered.

  • Refund timeline: Once approved, bank or UPI refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. COD refunds take 7–10 days.
